Noni Gasa | People Shaping the African Fashion Industry

There’s only one word to describe Noni Gasa, and that’s ICONIC. I honestly cannot talk about the South African Fashion industry and have a platform like Istyleblaq without mentioning Noni Gasa. She has been at the forefront of putting SA Fashion Industry on the global map. Gasa currently works with young talent passionate about the fashion industry through her bursary initiative and her fashion school, Design Academy of Fashion (DAF).

The style icon has worked with several publications, and was an Associate Editor for Glamour magazine and Features Editor for Media 24, and gives lectures on fashion. Noni featured in a number of magazines including covers of Women’s magazines such as Destiny, Joburg style, and others. Noni Gasa’s contribution to the SA Fashion Industry in recent years deserves celebration.
