I have followed Rubicon’s journey over the years and have seen most of their collections showcased at fashion weeks. Their recent collection at South African Fashion Week was no exception and Rubicon’s designer Hangwani Nengovhela is one of my favourite local designers for their fresh take on classic designs.

As mentioned, Rubicon debuted a new collection at South African Fashion Week that drew inspiration from African safaris and the brand’s history. The classic styles featured earth tones, bold colours, and prints evoking safaris that would suit a range of skin tones. The collection received positive feedback from local and global fashion influencers for its sophistication and elegance.

“We were very excited to present our latest collection and participate in SA Fashion Week once more this season. The collection was warmly embraced by South Africa’s fashion elite who were in attendance,” stated Nengovhela

With Rubicon’s Spring summer collection you’re sure to make a statement at various occasions. To shop the latest runway looks, make an appointment call +27 81 3819800 to arrange a visit to their studio in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
